Solera is a beautiful 55+ senior community located in Beaumont, California. Beaumont is in Riverside County in the San Gorgonio Pass between San Bernardino and Palm Springs. Solera real estate is settled on 2,600-feet of elevation, so the weather stays pretty moderate year-round. The summertime is generally cooler than Palm Springs™ desert heat by an average of 15-degrees, and there is a steady breeze to keep residents cool. The 18,000-square-foot Oakmont Clubhouse is the focal point of this active community. Just as well, there are plenty of activities to do in the area besides playing golf and indulging in the inviting clubhouse activities. The mountains surround the community providing the residents with ample opportunities to explore the nature that is abounding.
